I’ve been lazy lately. I have a strange feeling of discouragement. Andrea told me it could be a symptom of S.A.D. I had never heard about it before. S.A.D stands for seasonal affective disorder and it happens due to a lack of light during the winter. Yes, the days have been very short lately, it gets dark at 4:30pm, too early! When I look through the window and I see the darkness outside I have the impression that it’s bedtime which is terrible! I miss summertime when we have sunlight until 10:30pm. I hate this feeling and I must do something about it. The good news is: We are going to Brazil in December and I will enjoy the tropical summer like never before. I can’t wait for the days and nights in the beach!
